Payment Types

Consumer-Commodity accepts the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, ShopPay, Google Pay + Crypto

At Checkout, you will see an option to select this payment method and will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log in’ and review your order before clicking “Pay Now”. After this process, you will return to the Consumer-Commodity website to finish your transaction.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments made on the Consumer-Commodity website are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Consumer-Commodity employees.

Prices

Price are quoted in US and Canadian dollars.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders begin processing the following business day and can take up to 48 hours. Once this step is completed, your order will ship from our North Vancouver Warehouse. The automated shipment notification you will receive will include a tracking number.

Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following business day. Consumer-Commodity is committed to shipping your order within 48 hours of processing.

For our North American customers, your order will arrive within 2-9 business days once picked up from our warehouse.

For our International customers, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days once picked up from our warehouse.

*We do our very best to provide the most shipping estimates however, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to events outside of our control such as unforeseen delays with couriers, peak holiday seasons, customs, or Covid-19 related events.

When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Consumer-Commodity is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.

Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit department, security concerns, or inappropriate customer conduct. If your order is cancelled after your preferred payment account has been charged, we will issue a credit in the amount charged.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns that are brand new, unwashed, with tags, in original condition packed in their original boxes within. Please email support within 7 days after receiving your item and include photos showing damage/defect of the product. If approved, we will send a return label free of charge and send a replacement or issue store credit.

How can we reduce our impact on the environment?

If you are able to source a tailor in your town to repair the damaged product, we will reimburse you for the repair AND offer an additional 20% off your next order. This is our way of finding alternative methods to reduce our carbon footprint from the pollution byproducts that came from shipping products around the world.
